SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!!
Well, the Trade Up Program is in full force!! I just took this in on trade. It is a 2004 Les Paul Standard in Iced Tea Burst with chunky 50s neck profile. The colors of the burst are PERFECT! They look just like they should for a guitar like this. I went through it tonight and cleaned it up brought it basically back to stock with exception of Tone-Pros tune-o-matic bridge upgrade and Hovland caps. The guitar is one of the better made Les Pauls of this range that I have seen in a long time. Very solid guitar and tone and playability are just what they should be. This has original Burstbucker Alnico V pickups with "Patent Applied For" stickers.
This guitar has been gigged but was obviously well loved. Minor dents etc. but as you can see from the pics it looks really nice. No fret pitting and board is in very good condition. A bit of scuffing on the bridge pickup cover. Great flamey top that is not too crazy. In my opinion just what a 50s type Les Paul should look like. One piece mahogany back and neck. Comes with original Gibson HSC with gray plush lining and black satin cover.
Another 1,000 hours of playing or so and it would look a LOT like a Peter Green/Gary Moore Les Paul or even a Jimmy Page LP!!!
Priced to MOVE (these are pre-wedding prices!): $1,495 + Shipping
